If you want to try it out :

1. Leg press – basic foot placement
4 set x 12 reps
Rest time: 90-120s
2. Narrow stance spilt squat
3 set x 10 reps each leg
Rest time: 90s
3. Cable front squats – close grip
4 set x 15-20 reps
Rest time: 60-90s
4. DB Elevated stiff DL
4 set x 12-15 reps
Rest time: 60-90s
5. Single stiff DL
3 set x 12 reps each leg
Rest time: 60s
6. Machine hamstring curls
3 set x 10 reps
Rest time: 45-60s
Cable variations
3 set x 15 reps
Rest time: 45-60s
