For this video, I wanted to try out Hennasooq’s 6 Week Hair Growth Course as apart of my journey to grow my hair to my waist! I’ve partnered with FabFitFun for this video, to talk a little bit about their spring box, and more specifically, show you the hair products I’ve been using from it!
Thoughts on the course:
I really enjoyed doing the course. I loved taking an hour or so every week to dedicate to showing my hair some love, and it was a great experience to try out different Ayurvedic products I’ve never tried before. Because my hair is so fine, I think that making this a 12 week course would be more beneficial to me, doing the masks every 2 weeks because it might have been to heavy on my hair. I think that the Cocoveda mask and hair oil were incredible, and those are products I could definitely use on a weekly basis; whereas, the cassia, curls, and moisture mask and the Ayurvedia scalp and root mask were a bit too much on my hair. If you want to do this course, I really do recommend it! It will give you insight into how to care for your hair naturally, and teach you how to use ayurvedic herbs on your hair. As far as growth, I’m not sure if I saw much of a difference, but I think I’m going to continue to use the hair growth oil weekly to see if that boosts any growth!
