At home sliming and toning workouts! these are the exercises that really help transform the shape of my booty. No equipment needed so you can do it anywhere. Any workout is always better than nothing, so don’t worry if you couldn’t finish this 10 minutes workout video.
Try to do it at other time, each time increase the time, more reps, focus on the glutes and squeeze them. I know it’s gonna burn, it’s gonna hurt but that proves your butt is getting bigger! YAY!!! And you are getting stronger too.
A proper diet is also very important , try adding more healthy protein to your meals like beans, nuts, seeds, green leaves and whole grain… to support the muscles. Hope you enjoy the video and find it helpful.
