My Henna Hair ♥ How I Went Shampoo Free

NOTE: Thanks for the advice, but I’m not interested in shampoo. Any shampoo, natural, bentonite clay, none of it. I know you mean well, I’m just not interested. Thanks!

How I went shampoo free using baking soda and apple cider vinegar, a one week video journal, with updates through 6 weeks, I show you exactly how I do it (awkward), and tell you how I feel about my hair now!

Are you still poo fee?
9/27 Yes

Does your hair get dry?
I also henna my hair, and do deep conditioning on the ends of my hairs, and use protein products on my ends, so no.

How often do you wash your hair?
Two or three times a week.

Don’t these ingredients make a bomb?
No. They’re diluted, and the baking soda gets rinsed before the vinegar solution is applied.

Isn’t the vinegar too acidic?
No…it’s diluted.
