Dying my Hair with Red Henna – Lush Caca Rouge Henna Review (+ vlog)

Strange Remedies That Easily Stop Hair Loss Naturally

When it comes to recovering lost hair and treating alopecia, you will find that there are a variety of options for this condition. Trying to figure out what is right for you can take a long time and try different products.

It really doesn’t take long to realize that the best treatments available to stop hair loss are found in natural remedies. Many are overlooked, yet they provide you with exactly what your hair needs to grow as it should. Some of these remedies are very rare, and you probably wouldn’t associate them with treating baldness.

Mustard seeds are one example. These tiny seeds, if used in a certain way, can be the most effective tools for those fighting baldness. Boiling a spoonful of them in a cup of boiling water can form a tea-like substance that can be drunk daily to prevent hair loss.

This substance works so well that many have noticed a strong increase in hair growth on the scalp after only 30 days. Mustard oil is also beneficial when used in conjunction with henna leaves.

By mixing 250 grams of mustard oil with 100 grams of henna leaves, a natural oil blend can be created that can be applied to thinning areas of the scalp. Let the two boils together for at least 15 minutes and then sift through the henna leaves before applying the oil to your scalp.

In this video, I document the process of dying my hair with red/orange henna. I brought this Henna from Lush and it is the shade Caca Rouge. I wanted to make this video because I have never used Henna before. I also have highly processed hair and was interested to see what effect this would have on the henna.

This is a longer vlog as I felt I needed to sum up why I was dying my hair with henna and the current point I am in my hair journey. The dying process begins around 15 minutes in.

This is also a long process as this vlog covers 3 days. The henna developed over 48 hours and made significant changes.

I brought my Henna from Lush’s online store: https://uk.lush.com/products/hair/rouge-henna
But you can buy it from in-store. This is a cruelty-free product which is a great alternative for red or ginger box dyes.
